The variable voltage variable frequency (VVVF) drive ensures smooth operation and precise floor alignment while extending equipment lifespan. The NEMA 4-rated control panel accepts 240-480V input and integrates all essential electrical components for maximum safety, including fused circuit breakers, control circuit transformers, phase reversal relays, anti-welding relays, and reversing starters. All components feature pre-wired numbered terminal blocks for simplified installation and maintenance.
A 3HP, 60Hz, 240-480V motor mounts on a structural steel channel frame with gear reducer, brake, 22" diameter traction sheave, sheave liner, and down-speed governor. The motor, gear reducer, and brake assembly are engineered for extended service life. Electrically released disc brakes provide positive control and protection, while synchronized down-speed governors and car safeties stop the elevator during overspeed conditions. The motor accommodates either vertical or horizontal mounting configurations.
All models include landing doors as standard equipment with optional left-hand or right-hand operation. Doors feature electromechanical locks that prevent opening when the car isn't present at that floor, with interlocked controls that prevent elevator operation when doors aren't secured. Replacement doors are available with or without locking mechanisms.
